Our History (Part 1)

In the 1980’s, the Middle East & Gulf areas began to develop into a hotspot of business activity. Our mother-company swiftly seized the opportunity to enter the financial sector by setting up Wall Street Exchange Centre in Dubai in 1982, thereby meeting a growing demand for foreign exchange services and facilitating repatriation by millions of expats.

Wall Street Exchange Centre proceeded to grow into an international organization with a network of branches in UK, Hong Kong, and India. In the new Millennium, the company continued its expansion by reaching the North American continent, establishing Wall Street Finance, LLC with offices in New York and Toronto. To this day, the company remains one of the most trusted and profitable leaders in the foreign currency business.

The Government of UAE is our partner now in the Middle East, Hong Kong and London operations, through their Postal Division- Emirates Post, which has taken up a majority stake in our business. Wall Street Finance Ltd. in India holds an AD II license from the Reserve Bank of India and is active in currency exchange and forex remittances.
